Villa Perla: Featuring private heated swimming pool with beautiful mountain views. 2 double bedrooms with integrated bathroom (one with double jacuzzi), 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and outside shower, big modern kitchen with island and build in BBQ, WIFI, large terras area with lounge area and build BBQ, luxury lounge bed outside and nice cactus garden. 

Distance to nearest restaurant is 5 mins drive. Villa Sandra was bought in may 2011 and after 9 years renting out we did a full renovation in 2020, Villa Perla was completed in november 2012 and got a complete update in march 2023 and are both situated at Montana Rojo, in the resort of Playa Blanca. Set back in a direct line from the harbour, a walk to the main resort takes around 10 minutes. However, we do recommend car hire.
