Villa Perla Blanca is a unique villa  that offers her guests a special experience. Decorated with modern furniture and features. Villa Perla Blanca will sleep 6 adults in great comfort. 

Villa Perla Blanca is one of the houses of the Bellavista residencial complex. A gated complex for a relaxed and secure holiday.

Every bedroom has independent air-conditioning. 

BEDROOM ONE WITH JACUZZI: THE BLACK-WHITE ROOM: This bedroom has a KING SIZE BED, free airco, a double jacuzzi (for 2 people), a waterfall shower and a nice build on sink. 2 walls are covered with lavarock. Lavarock increases your willpower, gives courage and makes you strong and persistent.

BEDROOM TWO WITH SUITE FEELING: THE BLUE ROOM: This bedroom has a KING SIZE bed, free airco, a wardrobe, a waterfall shower, a build on sink and a lovely mirror. 

BEDROOM THREE WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM: THE WHITE ROOM: This bedroom has a KING SIZE bed, a build in wardrobe with safe, the ensuite bathroom has a double sink, a toilet, and a huge open air walk in shower with waterfall. One wall in the shower is covered in lavarock. Which gives you a calm feeling.

SEPERATE TOILET: Between the Black-White and the Blue room is a seperate toilet, partly covered with mirrors and a sink.

LIVINGROOM: 2 different open areas: one to lounge and watch television, one to sit and dine. The lounge area has a grey sofa chaise longue, coffee table, 55 inch Smart TV with internet TV, Netflix prime, (with your own codes).  The sitting area has a dining table with 6 chairs and a separate bar. And a fast Fiber connection with Wifi.

KITCHEN: Open plan black shiny kitchen with island in the middle. The kitchen has an induction hob, a build in BBQ grill, a microwave and oven. An American fridge without icecubes. The island has a dishwasher, a sink and a stool to sit on.

OUTSIDE AREA: Heated pool with pool cover, square glass table with 8 chairs, 4 sun loungers, double lounge-bed, covered sitting area with 2 grey sofas and coffee table. 2 low seats to relax and watch the view over the mountains and Femes. And a build LAVA BBQ. And don't forget the PING PONG table. Perfect if you want sun or shade for reading or taking Coctails or just that daily Spanish Siesta. 

The view from the house over the mountains is stunning.

STORAGEROOM: from outside the house you can enter a storageroom which also has a waschingmachine.

For your comfort and convenience we also provide the following

• WIFI available gratis from a fiber connection

• Linen and towels are provided free of charge once a week. 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel and a beach towel for outside. 
  With 2 week bookings there will be chance of new linen and towels for the amount of guests in the villa. For the rest there is a washing machine in the villa available.
