The villa is amazing. First time holiday abroad for our family and we all fell in love with the villa.very clean and modern and plenty to keep children entertained would highly recommend

Just spent 2 weeks at Villa Perla and what can I say, I have never stayed in a Villa so this was our first and best experience. Taxi cost about €40‐€50 to Villa from Airport, when we arrived we met Sue the manager and she cldnt of been nicer and so helpful through out our stay. Once settled we phoned a taxi to take us to the bigger supermarket and they we always kind enough to ring us a taxi when we were ready. Food is so cheap. Pity the smaller shop near by was never opened when we called. The Villa it's self is beautiful, full of colours. So much space outside and such a lovely pool. So many sitting areas to choose from. We had two girls aged 9 and 11 who loved the pool. At times was too cold for me though but didn't stop them. Kitchen and storage was bigger than we imagined, it had everything you needed and more, jet showers in each bedroom which was a dream, tv was also a plus with Netflix. Pool table and ping-pong table went down a treat. Washing Machine available which was so useful and I enjoyed the day bed by the pool the most, although it could have done with a bit of shade over it but that was the only thing. Fabulous restaurants in the centre which was only about €4 each way by taxi. Too long for me to walk. I really have to say its such a fabulous Villa and will definitely be back in 2023. Home after a lovely stay in Villa Perla. Immaculate inside and out, really comfortable beds. Open bathroom and showers in your bedroom might not suit everyones taste, one WC does have a door. Not a problem for us as we were only 4 people. We would advise heating the pool in May. A quiet location and easy walking to the centre but it will take a good 30 minutes to get to restaurants, however there is a great little supermarket 5 mins away and has everything you need. Taxi rank nearby and it was €4 to the centre.
Sandra the owner was fantastic and her little dog Lola made our stay even better. Would I go again to this villa? Yes.

Stayed at Villa Sandra with my family in March and it was fantastic, we were impressed with the style and facilities in the villa, as we spend most of the time outside we loved the outdoor area with swimming pool and sheltered seating area, it was brilliant. Toen wij deze villa vonden op internet waren de verwachtingen hoog gespannen. Vaak zijn de plaatjes mooier dan de werkelijkheid. Maar....als je in villa Sandra aankomt overtreft het de stoutste verwachtingen. Wat een super gave villa!! Wij hebben genoten van de luxe en de rust. Jaap en Sandra: bedankt voor de rondleiding en de gastvrijheid.

Just back from spending a week in villa Sandra , and I have to say we had a great time , the villa is absolutely beautiful inside and out, decorated to a very high standard, the villa is also quite and very secure with electronic gated entrance which was important to us as we were a group with two very small children , car is essential if you have kids though as its a good walk to the seafront/beach shops resturants area, I would just like to thank the owners Sandra & jaap who were very nice and externally helpful during our stay Rgds Keith

We stayed in this wonderfull villa for a week beginning Sept. The villa is newly decorated, very tastefully to a very high and modern standard, yet remains wonderfully practical. The owner is clearly an artist, as every room is colourful, intriguing and also remains comfortable and has a personal touch of brilliance. The pool is perfect, anytime, even all day. There are wonderful restaurants just minutes away, as well as beaches and many sight seeing oppourtunities! We certainly plan on returning on a next holiday!

Stayed at the villa 11th-18th October with my boyfriend and his Dad.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in such a beautifully furnished spacious villa.
The kitchen is gorgeous and looks great at night with the blue lights on and wish I could take it home with me haha. The owners, Sandra & her husband (whose name I dare try and spell) were really friendly & helpful too. We opted to have Sandra pick us up from the airport , which was great as we stopped at a supermarket on the way back to the villa to stock up and when we arrived the cleaners were pretty much done so we got in a little bit early, which was great! Even though the weather was fabulous, we still opted to have the pool heated and think it would've been a little too cold otherwise.
The walk to the town is a fair walk (about 25 mins to the centre) which I did once on an evening on our way to dinner. After that I decided we would take Taxis - which were 4-5 euros each way.
The boys climbed the nearby volcano, which they enjoyed and we also did the 2 hour buggy tour, which was great fun and a great way to see some of the nearby towns!
All in all, a great holiday in a beautiful villa! Thanks very much, from Emma, Adam & Dave :)

We have rented the villa for 2 weeks in june. The stay was excellent. Although the villa is brand new everything is there. The garden is very nice with beautiful flowers and cactuses and the pool is gorgeous on a hot day.
Playa Blanca is a nice village from where you can explore the island. You can find a few beaches near the boulevard but also Papagayo beach is only a few miles away. Don't miss it.
We had a great time in the villa! We can recommend it to anyone.

Just returned from spending 12 nights at this beautiful private Villa with the family. It was exactly what we expected and more. The villa was spotless and really up to date with amenities. The outside living space is wonderful and the owners couldn't have done anything more for us. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday break.
