Prices are for a weeks holiday, up to 6 adults.

Contact us if you prefer something else then a weeks stay. 5 days is the minimum stay.

The cleaning costs are included in the price when booking minimum a week, periods less then a weeks stay, we charge 100€ for cleaning.

This villa is available the whole year for renting.

Terms and Conditions. 1. All bookings are provisional until confirmed by e-mail and your deposit/full payment received. If paying by Paypal, we expect you to have read our terms and conditions before proceeding. Proceeding with the booking indicates your acceptance. 2. We reserve the right to refuse any booking we consider to be unsuitable for our property. 3. Children are allowed in the villa. 4. Prices are as quoted, but we will reserve the right to correct any error. 5. Online booking and payment of a 30% non-refundable deposit by Paypal (no account required) to ensures immediate reservation, or by bank transfer and is subject to acceptance of our terms and conditions. Balance of rental is due 60 days before arrival. You could also choose to pay by bank transfer, this is without costs using our IBAN account number. 6. Period of rental commences at 4pm on day of arrival, and ends at 10am on day of departure. Arrangements for late departure will be subject to availability and must be agreed in advance with the owner or caretaker. Late departures are only possible if the villa is unoccupied on the following evening, a charge of 50€ will occur, to be paid during your stay, as we will only be able to make these arrangements at the last minute. Alterations to arrival and departure times are by prior arrangement only. 7. Please leave the property in the condition you found it in. Departure instructions will be provided in the guest folder. Also the outside BBQ need to be cleaned. Also all the garbage need to be out of the house. 8. The reservation deposit is non refundable. 9. The balance is payable within 8 weeks of the commencement of your holiday. If you are booking within 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable immediately. 10. We strongly advise that you take out your own holiday cancellation and travel insurance when booking. We will provide you with any documentation need for your insurers should it be necessary to cancel. Cancellation charges are as follows :- Up to 8 weeks-Deposit only. Less than 8 weeks :100% We will of course attempt to re-let the property and will refund any difference except for the initial reservation deposit. We will be happy to provide you with any invoice or documentation you may require to allow you to claim the cost back from your insurers. 11. Rental prices include linen, towels, pool towels, end of stay cleaning and use of the pool. 12. The owner or the gardener will come and clean the pool before your stay and once a week during your stay. This will not disturb the guests. There is no need to enter the villa for this and this will also not happen. 13. Smoking policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa but we provide ashtrays outside 14. Pets are NOT accepted . 15. We charge 10€ per person, per week damage insurance. This to protect you from normal damage or breakage. This will not cover intentional breakage, you will be charged for that if that occurs. Please report breakages and damages, so that they may be replaced in time for our next guests. Carefully check the inventory of contents you will find in the villa. If anything is missing please contact ourselves or our management . 16. Your booking is only for the number of people stated on your booking form. The maximum number of occupants of the villa is 6. This occupancy level is to ensure the comfort of our guests. Exceeding the occupancy stated in your booking form will result in the termination of your holiday. Any extra charges incurred will be deducted from your damage deposit. 17. The owners shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for any loss or damage to you or your property or vehicle however caused. We strongly advise holiday insurance which covers you for all accidents. We cannot be held responsible for conditions outside our control e.g. cancelled or delayed flights, restrictive weather, etc. Where you are unable to arrive at the property during the period that it is booked, we will not return any rental amount paid although we are happy to write to insurance companies. We recommend therefore that your holiday is fully insured. 18. Remember to bring you European health card. Playa Blanca have an hospital were you can get free health care in case of emergency. This card you can apply free at your local health company. 19. The owners reserve the right to terminate your stay if you or members of your party are believed to be causing a nuisance to neighbours or are not treating the property with due respect. The person making the booking is responsible for the reasonable and decent behavior of the party members . In the event that any of the party does not behave in a reasonable and decent manner then the Owners at their sole discretion may require some or all of the party to vacate the property immediately. In this event no refund will be made for the unused portion of the holiday. 20. The owners respect the right to your privacy whilst staying in the villa but reserve the right to enter the property should this be necessary to carry out urgent repairs. 21. During wintertime (From October to May)the pool heater is included in the price. During summer the pool heater is not included. If you wish we can put the heater on for you for an additional 100€ a week. Please refer to this with your booking. 22. Air-conditioning: the villa have air-conditioning in the living room and every bedroom.  In the bedrooms the airco is free of charge. The airco in the lounge is coin operated. 23. Because of Spanish legislation we need a copy of the passports of all adults staying in the villa at latest the day of arrival. These can be send by email or Whatsapp on 0034/633647468. We do protect you privacy.
